Nevada Estate Planning Lawyer
Business Succession - Probate and Trust Administration - Elder Law
We focus on estate planning, probate and trust administration, asset protection planning and advising elderly persons on their unique legal needs. We recognize that your estate was created as a result of your entire life's work, and that planning to protect it and pass it along is one of the most important things that you will do in your life. We also understand that our services have to be affordable and that they must be understandable to you before you can make good estate planning decisions. For that reason, we offer a free consultation in which we will listen to what you want to accomplish and then we will tell you what we can do to meet that objective and how much it will cost. If you choose to hire us, we will spend the necessary time and give you the personal attention you deserve for such important decisions. And if you hire us, you will have the peace of mind knowing that you and your heirs will be protected and that you will be minimizing the income and estate taxes that you might otherwise have to pay.
Estate Planning - Our objective is to help clients avoid probate, minimize their income taxes, estate taxes and gift taxes and to protect and preserve their assets for their retirement and to pass on to their heirs. We advise clients in all stations of life. There is no person too poor or too rich for our services or expertise. There also is no client too young or too old.
In particular, we prepare the following estate planning documents for our clients depending on their needs, their family relationships and their financial situation:
- Last Will & Testament
- Living Trust
- Durable Power for Attorney for
Health - Care Decisions |
- Testamentary Trust

(Advanced Directive to Physicians)

Guardianship - And for persons who are dealing with the legal issues involved with a parent or other loved-one who is already incapacitated because of age, illness or injury, we assist them in becoming the court-appointed guardians for such disabled persons.
Probate & Trust Administration - Finally, we represent clients in all aspects of estate administration. If a person has died without a will or a trust, we can represent the nearest living relative with the administration of the estate according to the intestacy statutes. If the deceased person left a last will & testament, we can represent the named personal representative (executor) in the probate of the estate. When a deceased person leaves an estate in a trust, we can advise the successor trustee in administering and distributing the estate according to the terms of the trust. We also represent clients who are heirs of estates or beneficiaries of trusts in making certain that they receive all the accounting records and distribution of assets to which they are entitled.
